Sightseeing, Wineries, Shows and More to End Summer Season

There’s still time to get tickets for the last two shows at the Merry-Go-Round Theatre here in Auburn. These fantastic off-Broadway shows have getting rave reviews and seem to get better every year according to our guests. They will be running through October 6th.

Downtown has been buzzing all summer with our nationally award winning micro-breweries and great eatery choices galore, some with a variety of weekly live entertainment. Beer afficianados definitely welcome here, and yes we do have the new Beer Trail Map. Also, the Auburn Public Theatre downtown, our more intimate venue, had has a great variety of shows and entertainment every week.

The Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trails nearby are going stronger than ever with existing wineries developing some great wines as well as new wineries popping up every year. You can keep busy for weeks here in the Fingerlakes Region just tasting wine as well as cheese and chocolate on associate trails!

Last but not least, Mid-Lakes Navigation will continue to run lunch, dinner and sightseeing cruises on Skaneateles Lake rain or shine, into the month of October.  That is, if you still have time after checking out all the fabulous and unique shops in the Village of Skaneateles.
