	Approx. Driving Distances:  NYS Thruway...20 min.  Syracuse...........40 min.  Ithaca................40 min.  Rochester..........60-80 min.  Binghamton.......90 min.  Albany...............3 hrs.  Buffalo...............2.5-3 hrs.  NYC..................5 hrs.
Directions:   From the NYS Thruway (I-90):     Exit 40, take 34 South to Auburn (7 mi.), turn right on route 5 & 20 West, then turn left at Columbus Street (.9 miles). Cross Genesee Street, and continue another 1.5 miles on Dunning Avenue. Look for our sign on the right.   From Skaneateles and East     Travel West on Route 20 into Auburn, continue straight onto Genesee St. and thru downtown to west side; turn left onto Dunning Ave at traffic light. We are 1.5 mi. on right.   From Ithaca and South     Rt. 34 North to Fleming; continue approx 2 mi., take a left on Willowbrook Road, then a right on Dunning Avenue; approx. 1/2 mi. on left.
